Schedule

- Monday–Tuesday: 8:15 AM–5:00 PM

- Friday: 8:15 AM–5:00 PM

- Saturday: 8:45 AM–2:00 PM, twice per month

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional preventive dental care to pediatric patients

- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fun and welcoming environment

- Work efficiently within a fast-paced assisted hygiene model

- Educate children and parents about oral health and preventive care

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

- Maintain accurate and up to date clinical documentation

- Support a positive, team-oriented practice culture

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed

- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff

- Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans for patients

Qualifications

- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced assisted hygiene environment

- Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caring for children

- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred

- Experience with Open Dental software preferred, or willingness to learn

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
