CARE Trainer for the Supporting Mental Health and Resiliency in Texas (SMART) Program. The SMART Program goal is to improve mental health Outcomes for Children and Families and build healthy Community foundations.

The CARE Trainer will provide training for parents and other caregivers that will enhance the quality of relationships between caregivers and children that will lead to improvements in communication and caregiver empathy, decreased behavior challenges, increased resilience and strengthened attachment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work flexible hours.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
