Data Manager (Part-Time Position-20 hours per week)
Project HOPES Program-Based in Laredo, Texas

SCAN's Project HOPES Program is committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect through education and early intervention in Webb, Zapata and Jim Hogg Counties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting, recording, and submitting participant data.
- Conducting clerical services to support the program.
- Keeping the Program Director informed of any data collection and reporting concerns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good data entry skills
- Good written and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of people.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as to be a contributing team member.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma plus 2 years paid work experience in data entry, an associate degree, or 60 plus college credits in business administration or related field required.
- Bilingual (Englis-Spanish) is a plus.
- One year of work experience performing data entry is preferred.
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license are required. Will travel to Zapata and Hebbronville to support program services. Gas Milage reimbursement provided.
