Position: Registered Nurse/ Contract Position
Location: 29873 Rangerville Rd., Harlingen, TX.
Serving Children and Adults in Need, Inc. (SCAN), is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for the purpose of completing health assessments, and related paperwork, on each youth admitted for residential services at the facility.
Physical Assessments must be performed within 96 hours of admission.
Approximately 70 to 100 physical assessments per year.
Contract will pay $40 per health assessment.

Serving Children and Adults in Need (SCAN) was officially formed in 1982 as Stop Child Abuse and Neglect in Laredo, Texas. Today, SCAN is a community-based, nonprofit social services organization with a 43-year history of providing a variety of comprehensive and culturally sensitive services to a population that is almost 95% Hispanic and which resides along the Texas-Mexico Border in Southwest Texas. SCAN programs provide diverse prevention, intervention, and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
