We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide assistance with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse (RN) according to individual care plans.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional condition and report any changes to the RN.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and escorting to appointments.
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs and recording health information accurately.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy while promoting self-help skills.
• Complete documentation and electronic charting as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory training sessions.
• Perform light housekeeping duties in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and walking required.
• Occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must undergo a thorough physical assessment within 30 days of hire.

Work Environment:

• Indoor work environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
• Moderate to minimal noise levels.
• Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and respiratory hazards.
