Position: Landscape Crew Leader / Driver

📍 Location: Land O Lakes, FL
💲 Pay: Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
🕒 Full-time positions available

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles and trucks with trailers to transport crew and equipment
• Lead and supervise a landscape crew on daily job assignments
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Communicate job expectations and provide on-site direction to team members
• Perform landscape maintenance and installation tasks (mowing, edging, planting, mulching, etc.)
• Conduct daily vehicle and trailer inspections
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or needs

Requirements:

✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
✅ Proven experience driving trucks and pulling trailers (required)
✅ Prior experience leading or supervising a crew (required)

✅ Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and/or installation

✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
