Summit Athletic Club is looking for a full-time Billing Agent to join our close-knit team. If you’re organized, people-savvy, and enjoy bringing clarity and solutions to financial conversations, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
As a Billing & Collections Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the club while delivering respectful, solution-oriented service to our members.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing member billing, payments, and account records
Identifying outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies
Processing payments
Communicating with members about billing questions or past-due accounts
Negotiating payment solutions with professionalism and empathy
Maintaining organized and confidential records
Handling inbound and outbound calls
You’ll spend part of your day working independently with numbers and records, and part of your day interacting with members — making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and balance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in billing or collections
Comfortable with basic math and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and organized
Calm, patient, and solution-focused
Able to work independently and manage priorities
Honest and discreet with confidential information
CPR/AED certified or willing to become certified
