Inventory Specialist + Clothing Marketing

Summit Athletic Club is looking for an Inventory Specialist to help manage and elevate our Proshop. This role is more than just inventory, it’s an opportunity to be part of building and shaping a growing department, with room to contribute ideas, merchandising, and even apparel design.
If you’re detail-oriented but also creative and love social media, this is the perfect mix of both worlds.
Inventory Management
- Accurately track inventory to ensure nothing goes missing
- Receive, tag, and add new orders into the system
- Ensure all items are sensor-tagged and displayed properly
- Track sales, returns, and low-stock items
- Monitor top-selling and slow-moving products
- Restock shelves and complete end-of-month deep counts
Sales & Merchandising
- Prepare Pro Shops for holiday sales and seasonal changes
- Mark down outdated or clearance items
- Rearrange and refresh displays to catch shoppers’ attention
- Suggest new ideas to move product and increase sales
Social Media & Engagement
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to promote products
- Keep up with social media trends and boost engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Creative eye for product display and social media
- Creative design work ideas for new apparel
- Self-starter who takes initiative and loves problem-solving
- Comfortable with a mix of hands-on inventory work and digital marketing
