MASTER AESTHETICIAN

Performance Wellness Center is growing! We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Master Aesthetician to join our team and help us continue building our aesthetics and skincare services.
This position will begin PRN, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with a consistent 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule as our aesthetics department continues to grow.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a licensed Master Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and creating an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Master Aesthetician
• Experienced and confident performing advanced aesthetic treatments
• Comfortable operating facial aesthetic devices
• Experienced with or willing to perform radiofrequency micro needling
• Knowledgeable about skincare and skin health
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending individualized treatments
• Professional, personable, and confident working with clients
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take initiative
• Excited to grow with a developing aesthetics program

• Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Operate facial aesthetic equipment and technology
• Perform radiofrequency micro needling treatments
• Provide skincare consultations and personalized treatment recommendations
• Educate clients on skincare, treatments, and home-care routines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Document treatments and client information appropriately
• Help build and grow the aesthetics side of Performance Wellness Center
• Provide an exceptional, professional client experience

Position Growth
This position will start PRN, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, as client volume and the aesthetics department grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building something and growing with the practice, rather than simply filling a position.
