Reports To: Supervising Provider (Contracted Medical Provider)

Position Summary

Performance and Wellness Center, LLC. We expect the Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide professional nursing and wellness services within our clinic. This role supports patient care through IV therapy, injections, clinical assessments, documentation, and adherence to established medical protocols under the supervision of a contracted Supervising Provider.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to safe, compliant patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing nursing services including, but not limited to:

• Administering IV therapy, injections, and related treatments in accordance with approved standing orders and clinic protocols
  
  

• Conducting thorough patient intakes, assessments, and progress documentation
  
  

• Preparing, maintaining, and updating medical records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
  
  

• Monitoring patient responses during treatments and reporting adverse reactions immediately to the Supervising Provider
  
  

• Ensuring all clinical rooms, supplies, and medical equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and compliant condition
  
  

• Supporting a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional communication
  
  

• Participating in required safety, compliance, or continuing education trainings
  
  

Licensure and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license in good standing with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL)
  
  

• Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with:
  
  

• HIPAA regulations
  
  

• OSHA safety standards
  
  

• Utah Nurse Practice Act
  
  

• Ability to work under clinical delegation and follow medical protocols strictly
