Summit Front Desk Team Member

Summit is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and people-oriented Front Desk Team Member to join our team!

Our Front Desk is the first and last impression our members have at Summit, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every member with a friendly “Welcome to Summit!” or by their name
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every member
• Check members in and assist with questions, memberships, appointments, and general needs
• Answer phones and communicate professionally with members and guests
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments
• Help maintain Summit’s standards and contribute to a positive team environment
• Be attentive, professional, and ready to help throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
• Reliable and punctual
• CPR certified
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable talking with and helping a variety of people
• Able to stay organized and focused in a busy environment
• Team player who takes responsibility and follows through
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or fitness experience is a plus—but not required
