Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.

• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.

• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.

• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.

• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.

• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.

• Maintain organized records and documentation.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.

• Willingness to complete required training.
