Job Overview:
We are actively hiring a few Experienced Licensed Insurance Agents to join our team! This is a Full-Time, All In-Bound – No Cold Calling, On-Site, High Comp Structure, Opportunity! We are looking for Money-Motivated individuals. This is a Career Opportunity, not just another Dead-End gig, with a reputable company during a huge Growth Phase. Potential to be a Hybrid Position once established.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding Hospital Indemnity Plans and their benefits
- Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Must speak English (Bilingual is not required, but beneficial.)
Qualifications:
- Must Be a “Licensed Insurance Agent.”
- Computer Literate & Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
Compensation & Why Work With Us:
EXTREMELY HIGH PAY SCALE:
- Base/Hourly + Commissions (Hourly rate is Performance Based that increases with production: $22 (lowest guaranteed) - $25 (Max hourly)
- Uncapped Commission – PAID WEEKLY (Top Reps are averaging $2500.00 weekly)
- Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Beautiful New – East Boca Raton Office
