Actively Interviewing: Licensed Insurance Agents - East Boca Raton, FL
We are seeking experienced, licensed insurance agents to join a growing national sales team. This is a full-time position with a well-established agency in an active growth phase.
Agents in this role work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified inquiries - there is no cold calling. The position offers an hourly + commission pay scale, pays weekly, and offers a Remote/Hyrbid opportunity once established.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and assess their coverage needs
- Educate clients on available plan options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Manage the application and enrollment process from initial contact through completion
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
- Consistently meet or exceed established production targets
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health insurance license in your resident state (Florida applicants: 2-15 license)
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused manner
- Proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly + uncapped commission (Hourly rate is Performance Based that increases with production: $22 (lowest guaranteed) - $25 (Max hourly)
- Weekly pay
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Inbound leads provided - NO COLD CALLING
- Weekly, Daily, and Monthly - Cash Spiffs
- Clear advancement path, including opportunities for "Downlines & Management"
