Bachelor's degree required in related field, non profit management, business, public administration and strong understanding of non profit finance and budget. Eight years of progressive fundraising exp. As well as success in securing 6 and 7 figure gifts or equiv. exp in managing a team. To provide strategic leadership for all fundraising, donor relations, and external engagement. Statewide travel is expected.
