Fabrication Lead

This hands-on position is responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating workflow, assisting operators, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including lasers, brake presses, and drill presses.
• Coordinate daily production workflow and job priorities.
• Train and assist operators with equipment, processes, and quality expectations.
• Stage materials, tooling, and documentation for upcoming jobs.
• Monitor product quality to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work closely with management to support production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Basic machine maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside production employees.
