Are you an experienced Estimating Engineer with a passion for precision manufacturing? We are seeking a Manufacturing Estimating Engineer to support our Sales & Marketing team by developing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with customers, and ensuring successful project execution through our New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

What You'll Do:

✅ Develop and submit cost estimates that align with company growth and profitability goals.
✅ Prepare competitive quotations and pricing estimates for new projects.
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams to optimize cost assessments.
✅ Lead project kickoffs and after-action reviews to improve processes.
✅ Provide technical guidance on manufacturability, design modifications, and re-quotes.
✅ Analyze 3D CAD files, mechanical drawings, and tolerances to ensure cost-effective production.
✅ Support design reviews and recommend process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus a two-year college or technical degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Tool & Die or Die Design.
• Journeyman Tool & Die certification preferred.

🔹 Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of metal stamping die construction and function.
• Proficiency in Excel, estimating software, and interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
