Distribution Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will assist with receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Sort and organize merchandise within designated warehouse areas.

• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.

• Use handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to track product movement.

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and meet shipping deadlines.

• Keep workstations, storage areas, and warehouse aisles clean and organized.

• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily distribution goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic math and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and a positive work attitude.

• Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.

• Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse tasks.

• Ability to work in an active warehouse environment.
