Wicker Point Golf Club is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our golf course maintenance team. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, care about attention to detail, and want to be part of maintaining one of Alabama’s top golf courses.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing to a high-quality playing experience for our members and guests.

Position Details

• Hourly position
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Year-round, dependable work
• 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
• Working every other weekend

Pay & Benefits

• Pay scale: $15–$19 per hour, depending on experience and references

Responsibilities

• Daily golf course maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
• Assisting with course setup and presentation
• Operating landscaping or golf course equipment (based on experience and training)
• Working as part of a team to maintain high course standards

Qualifications

• No prior golf course experience required
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or equipment operation is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable and dependable
