- Clean, professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and a great team mentality
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, crouch, and lift loads of 70-80 lbs for an 8-hour shift
- Desire and ability to work outside
- Great communication skills
- Dependable nature - show up every day on time with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- You must live on Kauai currently or already be planning to relocate to the island
Starting pay is $25+ depending on experience!
