Willow Point: Cabana Snack Bar Attendant

About the Role

Willow Point is seeking energetic, friendly, and guest‑focused Cabana Snack Bar Attendants to join our seasonal Food & Beverage team, working from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Attendants play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming poolside experience by providing fast, attentive, and high‑quality service to members and guests. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain hospitality experience in a vibrant, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

· Greet members and guests warmly at the pool area and cabana window.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders.

· Prepare and serve snacks, drinks, and light meals promptly.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with guest questions or concerns.

· Process transactions using the POS system with accuracy.

· Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation and safety standards.

· Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, condiments, and utensils.

· Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the poolside dining areas.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

· Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

· Weekend and holiday availability required. Must be available to work Memorial Day Weekend and Fourth of July Weekend.

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and move for extended periods.

· Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs without assistance.
