Willow Point Golf and Country Club is currently hiring for our Outside Golf Operations Team, and there has never been any more exciting time to join! Willow Point is in the midst of a major golf course renovation led by world renowned architects Dana Fry and Jason Straka, transforming the course into one of the premier golf courses in the Southeast. The golf course is set to open in May of 2026.
As a member of the Outside Golf Operations Teams, you'll help welcome members and guests to a newly renovated golf course, play a key role in delivering exceptional service, and take pride in being part of a team that sets the standard for hospitality on Lake Martin. This position offers a stunning outdoor work environment, strong team culture, and great golf-related perks, making it an ideal job for students, retirees, and everyone in-between!
What We're Looking For
- No golf experience required - we'll train you!
- A strong work ethic with pride taken in a job well done
- A positive attitude and the ability to have fun while working
- Ability to lift 50lbs and comfortably move, bend , stand, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to smile, engage, and verbally communicate with members and guests
Daily Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting members and guests as they arrive and depart from the facility
- Clean, charge, rotate and maintain a fleet of 80 golf carts
- Manage the Bag Room operations, including storage, cleaning, and organization
- Service the Practice Facilities: pick and wash practice balls, assist members, and keep the practice areas neat and orderly
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow procedure and guidelines outlined in Daily Checklists
