- Participates in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining room.
- Assists cooks with food and non-food preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintains clean, orderly and safe kitchen and dining room environment.
- Washes and properly puts away dishes throughout their shift.
- Schedule will include weekends, evenings and holidays.
