Bilingual HR Administrator for a startup
Okay so we are not really a startup - we are more like a transfer.
We were (are) a 120-150 person company (mostly minimum wage factory jobs) that moved from New York in January to the Allentown area. This move highlighted many inefficiencies in our system and we are looking for the right person to help us get back on track.
We are needing to properly recruit and vet potential employees, properly onboard them and figure out what needs to be done to ensure retention. Our hiring needs are great in all areas, from the factory floor through the office right up to senior management.
We're looking for a professional with a proven track record of success to help us get to the next level.
