Warehouse Clerk - 1st shift

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

This person reports directly to the shift supervisor as a critical part of the Warehouse Team. This person is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods and products from origin to destination. The primary responsibility will be in maintaining accurate records to facilitate smooth operation and customer satisfaction. You will serve as an integral point of contact between the shipping department, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, contributing to the overall success of the companies supply chain.


Essential Function of the Job - Includes but not limited to:

  • · Communicate with shift supervisor of any problems, suggestion, etc.
  • · Prepare and print shipping documents including Bill of Ladings and Labels using various software.
  • · Checks paperwork against pulled product for accuracy both picked and loaded.
  • · Able to familiarize themselves with part number and assembly product
  • · Able to operate successfully within NetSuite, Ship hawk, Amazon, Walmart, and other warehouse WMS/LMS systems.
  • · Support supervisor and assist as needed.
  • · Works proactively to always foster and maintain a positive team-oriented atmosphere. Works together with fellow associates as a team to promote the goals and common good of the company.
  • · Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and/or Skills Required:

Must be capable of planning daily workloads and solving problems. Also, needs to have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
