High volume, casual dining concept is searching for an Assistant Manager! We are looking for candidates with solid, progressive experience and good tenures. Must have five years of Front of House or Assistant Manager experience with computer skills. Provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on shift operations in order to consistently meet or exceed the guest experience. Manages the employees and activities of the restaurant under the direction of the General Manager. Ensures food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Overall coordination of the restaurant operations, to plan and maintain production, budget and growth goals for the restaurant. Monitoring and reviewing information from supplies, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems. Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Must have Management Certification for 101 & 102 and computer skills.
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 plus bonus and benefits
