The Kitchen Manager of this private club has full responsibility of menu creation. There are no late nights, as this is not a traditional restaurant setting. Qualified individuals will have a stable work history, experience in both a structured corporate and private settings, experience with menu creation, and have the ability to work alone with very little supervision. The ability to interact with guests/members in a professional manner is imperitive.
