Their 100% scratch kitchen is low volume and high on fun and learning! They are great teachers, so bring your positive attitude. They also produce all their own Charcuterie, Salumi, Prosciutto, Smoked Meats, Sausages.
The resort features a renowned Executive Chef with daily changing menus with fun, new creations. They commonly feature quail, antelope, pheasant, buffalo, Kobe beef, tuna flown in from Hawaii, home made mozzarella cheese and produce from local farms.
