Jim Browne Chevrolet Buick GMC of Dade City is hiring a Warranty Administrator!

Jim Browne Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealer group based out of Dade City Florida.

Warranty Admin - Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies
• Pay close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of claims to ensure the service department and Collision Center receive proper reimbursement
• Must be able to process Extended Warranties
• Follow-up and collect Service and Parts Accounts Receivables
• Assist in everyday service department operations

Job Requirements
Warranty Admin - Requirements:

• Previous Experience as a Warranty Administrator (General Motors experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in person
• Excellent organizational / sequencing skills
• Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and procedures

Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per YEAR
