Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) - Onsite
Summary:
The Work Order/ERP Specialist is responsible for releasing work orders for custom items, updating bill-of-materials and routings on custom work orders, creating work orders for product prototypes, and assisting in data management.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Release work orders for custom items
Update bill-of-materials and manufacturing routings
Calculate necessary material for custom items
Update work orders for custom items
Calculate and create specifications for custom items
Check completed work for accuracy
Promptly addressing and resolving work order issues to minimize delays in production.
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Solid math skills.
