Candidate needs to be flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This position requires developed verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities include: Monitor website chat software for customer inquiries and interactions. Promptly and reliably answer inbound sales calls, focusing on appointments. Act as a first responder for vehicle inquiries submitted through various online providers via-email and text messages. Maintain our websites for accuracy within vehicle listings and various pages. Monitor and respond to customer reviews submitted through multiple online channels. Meet and greet customers.
