Williams Construction is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer. We are a premier builder and designer of ultra-luxury homes on the island of Kauai. Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably with high-end residential projects
- Ability to take a project from concept through plan set
- Ability to create photorealistic renderings
- Highly proficient in Revit
- Technical proficiency in Rhino, Lumion, Sketchup, and Photoshop
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another relevant field
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous work
- Work autonomously on projects from start to finish while collaborating with our team
- Conceptualize and illustrate design concepts
- Create construction documents from developed design
- Work efficiently and effectively with a strong team mentality

Pay: $62,000.00 to $72,000.00 per YEAR
