Adminstrative Associate



Job Description
Position will involve:
• Contract & purchase order review
•Data and information review to verify/compare order information against quotes
• Input order data into company ERP software system to generate shop orders
• Create/assemble shop job folders to ensure all necessary paperwork is present, clear, & organized for shop employees
• Customer order confirmation, follow up, & proactive communication as necessary to resolve job discrepancies/questions
• Assist in purchasing tasks as needed
• Prepare new/repeat order or customer information summaries or reports for management as required/necessary
• Other administrative tasks/projects as assigned



Daily, this position will encompass:

Working with data within our ERP system for data entry, order control/tracking/review, & general production data management

Purchase order contract review for accuracy and production

Customer communication to confirm and/or clarify production quantity, release due date, specification questions/concerns

High comfort level with spreadsheet management & independent organizational skills

Assist in manufacturing production as needed

High level of attention to detail required
