CNC Operator



Job Description
$13-$18 DOE 45-55 hours per week $2/hour shift premium & paid 30-miunte lunch for those willing/able to work 2nd shift

Previous experience in a high production environment preferred, but not required, willing to train those who are looking to make a career change or who have just finished up schooling.

Specific/Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, tidy, & safe work area
• Review job folder to verify requirements, current production quantities
• Load/unload material plates and finished parts from hydraulic fixtures & machining center
• Clean all pallet changers & fixtures thoroughly each cycle to ensure part quality
• Monitor machine operations for malfunctions, production quality, safety issues
• Complete secondary parts washing operations
• Complete all in-process inspections & inspection paperwork
• Pack parts for transfer to shipping
• Create/fill out routing tags & material transaction sheets as needed
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance for Robo-Drill machining cell


Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in production environment preferred, but not required. Must be mechanically inclined and detail orientated
• Dependable
• Comfortable performing repetitive work
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly
