Manufacturign Maintenance Technicians



Job Description
Specific/Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform regular preventative maintenance, servicing, & checks of manufacturing equipment & buildings per PM schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual interval)
• Troubleshooting equipment as issues arise, correct or arrange for the correct outside technical services
• Make recommendations on repair or replacement of equipment/machinery
• Assist in arranging delivery of equipment and preparing the area, or assisting in installation of the new equipment
• Assist in arranging contractors/services for building, lot, green space construction items
• Read & interpret equipment manuals for complete understanding of equipment and resolving performance issues
• Perform Lockout Tag Out process as needed
• Assist in snow removal process of building lots during winter months

Requirements:
• Previous experience in industrial or other equipment maintenance position preferred
• Technical diploma in industrial maintenance preferred but not required with prior experience in maintenance position
• Experience or education with electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatics systems
• Mechanical inclination, general understanding of mechanical processes
• Critical thinking, ability to troubleshoot
• Knowledge of basic tools
• Ability to assist in determining priorities
