We’re looking for a reliable, individual with hands-on experience in basic carpentry and electrical work to join our growing team in Allentown. This is a full-time, in-house position supporting general maintenance and setup within our plant — including working directly under our Chief Mechanic to learn the ins and outs of our equipment and electrical systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in building and maintaining structures (e.g., tables, rooms, shelving, etc.)
Basic electrical support (running wires, troubleshooting, etc.)
Learn and grow under the mentorship of our Chief Mechanic
General facility maintenance and project-based tasks
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in basic carpentry and electrical work (not a licensed electrician, but must understand electrical concepts)
A Good communicator (English required)
A self-starter who’s motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Someone with a track record of reliability and a passion for hands-on work
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
