We currently have an opening for PRODUCTION CONTROL ASSISTANT
Starting at 25 hours a week with potential to grow to full time. Some benefits included.

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION CONTROL
REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER
FUNCTION: Assist in the everyday operations of the production control department in accordance with company policies and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
1. Assist, support, and serve as back-up to the production control manager and coordinator.
- Bills and routings
- Close orders
- Back log reports
- Email production flow items
- Stock orders
2. Provide support and assistance in the everyday operation of the production control department.
3. Work interactively with the shipping department as needed.
4. Provide administrative support through utilizing phone, calendar, and email systems. Filing duties also required.
5. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent. Requires the ability to proficiently operate a variety of standard business machines and computer systems, especially Microsoft excel. Requires the ability to practice strong communication and organizational skills. Manufacturing background and/or experience with the ability to read drawings/blueprints is strongly preferred.
