Adult Day Training Program Site Supervisor

Job Description

The Site Supervisor of the Adult Day Training Program is responsible for overseeing the implementation aspect of habilitative programs and behavior intervention plans to support individuals in achieving their personal and developmental goals. This role ensures compliance with APD Licensing standards, provides staff training and collaborates with Multi-disciplinary teams to promote a person-centered environment.


The Site Supervisorr Will Ensure the agency safety procedures, understanding and practice the participants bill of right and principles.

Creates a workplace culture that is consistent with organization and emphasizes the mission, and guiding principles of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains program participants habilitative and behavioral records necessary for accreditation standards. Reviews all habilitative for required elements as described in licensing standards

Assist in development of reports, IP’s lesson plans, instructional materials and in the performance of participation.

Maintains the assigned areas according to licensing requirements.

Program Development:

- Develop, implement and monitor skill acquisition training.

- Follows guidelines, submission mandates and oversite regulations based on ethical, legal and funding source requirements.

Staff Training and Development:

- Provides training to staff on person centered interaction strategies, and habilitative goals.

-Deliver on job coaching and feedback to ensure implementation of behavioral and habilitative interventions.

- Collaborate with Director of Day Services to identify staff training needs.

Monitoring and Compliance Audits:

- Conduct daily audits of program implementation and staff adherence to protocols.

- conduct monthly audits of data collection, documentation compliance with state licensing requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between the staff, clinical team, and families/guardians to ensure coordinated care.
- Collaborate with Director of Day Services to provide updates on progress and recommended necessary adjustments to programming.

- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide feedback.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data prepare quarterly reports detailing program outcomes and areas of improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or GED and one year of direct, care related experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a day program setting.

Familiarity with person centered practice and compliance with licensing standards.

- Ability to train staff and provide constructive feedback

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in fast paced environment.

- A valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 to $43,000.00 per YEAR
