Client Relations Specialist - Part Time (accepting applications only)



Job Description
The Baby Sleep Site is an at-will employer. This means that regardless of any provision in this application, either you or The Baby Sleep Site may terminate any employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or advance notice.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to general inquiries about our products and services; linking interested persons to appropriate resources; resolving clients' technical issues and service problems; providing general sleep-related information; issuing refunds; and providing general support to our team of sleep consultants. You will answer and respond to voice calls and messages, e-mails and online Live Chat inquiries. You will also educate our clients and potential clients on our products and service offerings while providing world-class customer service.

Your work hours will usually fall between 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.

This is a virtual, sedentary position requiring the use of a home work space. You will provide your own office equipment to perform this job.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

REQUIREMENTS

This position requires intermediate ability and experience navigating the Internet, within web-based programs, Microsoft Office and web-based e-mail. You will sometimes be expected to utilize Google-based programs in the completion of your assigned duties.

This position requires you to be able to make and receive phone calls to verbally communicate with our clients and to type on a keyboard to communicate with our clients in written form. This position requires you to be able to correctly use proper grammar and punctuation and have above average proofreading skills.

High School Diploma/GED (BA/BS preferred)

A minimum 3 years of relevant customer service/sales experience
