Job Description

Bay Aging’s Weatherization Assistance Program is taking applications for Weatherization Technician(s) in Training at its Urbanna, VA office to perform a variety of weatherization and energy efficiency construction improvements on homes. This is a full-time position that requires a good attitude and the willingness to learn. This job requires the ability to work well with others and clients. This job also requires the ability to climb ladders, stoop, and crawl through attics and crawl spaces. This position is very physical and challenging. Some previous light construction or basic carpentry work experience would be preferred. Must possess a high school diploma/GED; as well as a valid Virginia Driver’s License and a safe/acceptable driving record.  98% of employees are proud to work at Bay Aging.  Come join the team!  Salary:  $15/hr and depends on qualifications.

FLSA status: This is a non-exempt position.
