Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and support decision-making.
Maintain and improve CRM data accuracy and reporting tools.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize sales processes.
Generate and distribute sales performance dashboards and reports.
Support sales planning, territory design, and quota setting.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
