The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
--Good knowledge of common machining practices which would include: blueprint reading, solid math skills
--Familiar with G-Code, M-Code and Conversational programming
--Ability to perform own setups and programming on CNC lathes and mills for short and long running production jobs
--Ability to inspect your own parts using common measuring instruments.
--Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement culture including lean initiatives
--Produce quality parts
--1-2-years’ experience preferred but will train the right candidate
--Must also comply with all quality, safety, regulations, and cleanliness standards
--The potential candidate will have great communication skills, attention to details, self-motivated, and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
