Brite Star Uniforms is seeking a HR Associate / Recruiter to join our growing team.
Job Description:
The HR Associate / Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process along with various other HR and office related tasks. As an HR Associate / Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the recruiting process, including posting job openings to online job boards, reviewing resumes and job applications, scheduling and performing interviews, and selecting qualified candidates for final interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding and orienting newly hired employees.
- Performing basic safety training utilizing online safety training software.
- Monitoring productivity tracking software and generating reports for management meetings.
- Correcting and preparing time sheets in timeclock software for payroll.
- Preparing time and attendance reports for department managers.
- Various other office and HR related duties will also be assigned as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a human resources role, with 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Experience managing a recruiting process, including reviewing applications, scheduling, and performing interviews.
- Ability to evaluated a candidate’s past and potential performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
