Community Outreach Coordinator - LIMA



Job Description
Bittersweet Farms is a world renowned leader in serving individuals with autism. We are seeking a part time Community Outreach Specialist for our Lima, Ohio location. The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for coordinating an array of recreational services to the community and working with adolescent participants during our Friday Fun Night and Social Skills activities. This is an outreach program intended to provide services to adolescents with autism while highlighting the services that we provide. This position requires up to 12 hours/week. Additional hours available serving as a direct support professional.

The right person will have one to three years of experience working with individuals with autism along with prior leadership, activities planning and scheduling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Knowledge of waiver rules and regulations a plus.
