Job Description
Chapter 2, Inc. is a full-service manufacturer specializing in high precision machining and product component assembly as well as many other manufacturing processes such as fabricating, grinding, polishing, tool and die services (jigs, fixtures, molds, dies, machine tools, and automated machinery) and wet paint/spray applications.
Chapter 2 is currently seeking to fill an additional Painter position on 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work Performed:
- Select paints per provided specifications.
- Prepare parts including moving, measuring, cleaning, taping and sanding prior to painting.
- Paint parts in paint booth.
- To monitor, carry out and abide by company policies.
Requirements:
- Candidate(s) should be a reliable and responsible individual
- Able to work independently and well with others
- Must have excellent attendance record
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must pass respirator fit test
- Previous experience with Wet Spray application preferred but not required

Hourly Rate: $20-$25 ($3 shift premium included in range)
