Activities Assistant - Activity Experience Required



Job Description
*ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE CNA CERTIFIED AND HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE ACTIVITIES*

The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist in the implementation/execution of the activity programs for all residents’ as well as properly documenting resident response and outcomes.

This position requires good communication skills by being able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Be able to work independently as well as in a group setting. Assist in the development and implementation of the activity programs as outlined in Federal regulation guidelines F248. Must properly be able to identify the needs of our residents’ and assist the Activity Director in evaluating the effectiveness of the activity programs through proper documentation.
