Dietary Aide



Job Description
Full time dietary aide positions available. Must be 18 yrs or older. Food service experience preferred.
Shifts: (1st) 5:00a - 1:30p or (2nd) 1:00p - 9:30p

Dietary Aide job duties include (but are not limited to):

- Work in a fast paced environment while standing for 8 hour shifts
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, trays, carts, tables, floors and kitchen/dining area.
- Ability to read tray cards and prepare meals according to resident preferences and guidelines
- Push steam tables and food carts to multiple stations and serve meals in dining area
- Documenting temperatures, sanitation and expiration logs
- Dietary aides must learn the protocols and procedures for our facility, as well as state rules and regulations
