QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience in medical marketing, with a focus on targeting hospitals and physicians.

· Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and take initiative.

· Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

EDUCATION: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

EXPERIENCE: 2 years of marketing experience required.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to medical services to maximize resident admissions requiring rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory services.

· Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our facilities and services to achieve budgetary census and occupancy projections.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with referred sources. Maintain regular contact with potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, insurers, and healthcare agencies.

· Manage marketing, communications, and sales functions in the service areas.

· Will conduct sales calls and presentations to generate referrals from hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice services, wound care clinics, and other medical-related operators.

· Promote and educate stakeholders on the benefits of skilled nursing services and memory care facilities through luncheon and in-services.

· Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and promote our facilities.

· Will engage patients and families to communicate the advantages of in-patient skilled nursing services/assisted living services.

· Responsible for all thing public relations; manage marketing, communications, and sales function for all four facilities.

· Maintain regular contact with potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, insurers, and healthcare agencies.

· Will develop content for brand positioning.

· Responsible for maintaining marketing costs within the allowed budget.

· Comply with policies and procedures, laws and regulations, standards of practice, and established work rules.

· Participates in weekly update meetings and provides monthly marketing reports to be provided to CEO and Administrators.
