The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Medical Record Department in their day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administration information in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern medical records, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that our medical records are maintained in an informative and descriptive manner.
ICD - 10 coding
High School Diploma with some knowledge of medical records
One year of health care experience in medical records work or closely related field
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm M-F (weekends if needed)
