Job Description The Front of the House Team Member encompasses a variety of tasks and duties required to meet the customers food order and provide excellent guest experiences This could be as a member of either are drive thru or front counter team. You must come with a servant attitude, and execute the Core 4 and second mile service standards with every transaction.
Duties & Responsibilities •Own the guest experience as it relates to your area of responsibility, including but not limited to the Service Model •Ensure all components of the Create Raving Fans model and 2nd Mile Service Behaviors are being implemented •Protect the guest experience by ensuring quality, service, speed and cleanliness are top level •Protect the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is at top level •Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and procedures •Ensure you are in full uniform & groomed properly •Ensure you are knowledgeable about menu options and pricing •Provide a complete guest transaction •Cleaning the restaurant and equipment •Answer the phone •Restock all materials used during the shift •Able to follow directions •Complete any duties assigned
Requirements: •Must be at least 16 years of age •Work Year Round •Regular and consistent attendance •Flexible schedule •Embrace the expectation of Chick-fil-A Service standards •80% or higher on E-Trainer
